WRITING SIMPLE REPORT
Rini : Can you tell me how to write a simple
report?
Syafa : With my pleasure, Rini.
Rini : What are there in a simple report?
Syafa :In a
simple report there should have a title, preliminary, purpose of activity, name
and theme, time and activities, budged of fund, and closing.
Rini : What should I do first?
Syafa : The first thing you do is writing a title
of the report.
Rini : So, I have to write the title of the
activity.
Syafa : That’s right.
Rini : What’s the next step?
Syafa : You have to think about the preliminary.
Rini : What should I write in preliminary?
Syafa : You write all reasons why the activities
are needed to be held.
Rini : I see. What must I do for the next step?
Syafa : You must clearly mention the purpose of the
activity.
Rini : Then, do I write the name and theme of
the activity, time and activities, budged of fund?
Syafa : Exactly right.
Rini : What do I write in closing?
Syafa : It’s
all about the true statement of report writing by the writer or the committee
of the activity.

Report on the Activities of Deni Jaya Junior High
School Porseni

Youth is a time full of imagination and high creative
power, including in junior high school children. Creativity is needed to foster
and increase sensitivity to aesthetic and artistic tastes that will emerge
critical, creative and appreciative attitudes towards the overall personality
of students.
This attitude will emerge with the holding of activities
that provoke the creativity of students for example Porseni activities or
Sports and Arts Week held by the school. The aim is to increase the potential
of each student and teach togetherness in doing something that is certainly
useful.
So the Porseni activities in this school must be carried
out in order to increase the potential of every student in Dulang Jaya Bandung
Middle School. Therefore, Dulang Jaya Middle School has conducted Porseni
outside school hours in the 2017/2018 school year.
The Purpose of Porseni's Activities
Become an arena of creativity for every student
• Creating a cooperative relationship of each student in
terms of managing their respective talents
• Increase the relationship between students and students
and between students and teachers
• Look for new seeds in the fields of sports and art

Porseni Junior High School, Dulang Jaya Bandung, which has been carried out
smoothly and successfully. In making this report, we are aware that there are

deficiencies that exist in this report on Porseni's activities. That is all and

COMPETITION ACTIVITIES
Preliminary
Scouts are
one of the agents of change that are the hope of the nation, state and religion
that are required to be able to participate in every activity in society.
Scouts must be able to improve the quality and quantity of the body of the
scout itself and the surrounding community.
Through this
boy scout competition it is expected that the nation's successors in the group
raiser who are in the scope of Maja Lingga Junior High School, Bandung and its
surroundings in order to be able to have full existence and be able to make a
real contribution to the Indonesian nation.
Therefore,
we from the University of Padang Panjang, Bandung, who are members of the Boy
Scouts, held this competition to facilitate the young generation of Maja Lingga
Middle School to become young people who have strong and nationalist
characters.
The
Purpose of Race Activities
1. Become
the right place to form the next generation of quality people.
2. Foster a
sense of brotherhood among the Maja Lingga Junior High School in Bandung.
3. Train a
healthy and positive competitive spirit.
